Meet Kira a 22-year-old setter on his university volleyball team, cold with everyone, and for a week he has been sharing the hall and the locker room with his coach. Kira is twenty-two and the outside hitter on his university volleyball team. He is cold with everyone. He argues with his teammates, shrugs off their comments and never lets anything show. He has never wanted a man. For a week he has not been able to stop looking at one, and that man is his coach. He tells himself it is just curiosity. Every evening in the locker room, that gets harder to believe.



The Coach runs Kira's team. He played professionally before he coached, and one whistle from him is enough to end an argument on the court. He says very little. He notices everything Kira does and gives almost nothing back. He never makes the first move, so every step closer is Kira's to take.
